Event Details

An opportunity for men and women aged 65+, living independently, to work with a talented choreographer to co-produce and cocurate their own dance works. Not enough older people have the chance to improve their balance, strength and flexibility on the dance floor.
Working with talented choreographer and dance artist Nadia Iftkhar (Company of Others), your confidence will improve and your fear of falling may reduce – and you’ll meet new, like- minded people.

No previous experience needed – this is a chance to have fun, get fit and make friends.
