Iam Burn

Iam’s previous employment has seen him work in such diverse spheres as debt counselling, social housing, retail sales and a processing technician for National Blood and Transplant. He’s even been a karaoke host!

Iam recently gained a BA (Hons) Degree in Photography, Video and Digital Imaging from the University of Sunderland and he’s about to begin studying for his MA in Photography at the same institution.

His work as a photographer sees him working in both contemporary fine art and editorial photography. They both produce their fair share of challenges!

“I’m excited to be working at The Cultural Spring. I want to help to spread the word that art, and more specifically creativity, is for everyone and can greatly enrich and enhance lives; something I have experienced myself first-hand. Engaging with creative activities can improve wellbeing. This is one area I explore through my photography”.
